A new wave of the Suwon underground metal scene — 'Barbed Wire: METAL SYNDICATE NETWORK' — is coming.
Five prominent metal bands based in Seoul and Gyeonggi will gather in one place to deliver an intense musical experience that captures the present and future of Korea's metal scene.
The title 'Barbed Wire' symbolizes more than a physical boundary — it represents the resilient spirit of a metal community that supports and stands in solidarity with one another even amid hardship. Through the subtitle 'METAL / SYNDICATE / NETWORK,' this event aims to foster organized solidarity among independent metal artists sharing a common regional base, rather than chasing any particular genre trend.
