What the cooperative does
This is what comes with membership.
- Signs contracts and issues tax invoices under the cooperative's name, so we can work with institutions, local government, and companies.
- Takes bookings and card payments through the cooperative's accounts, and handles the settlement.
- Backs the projects members want to run — venue, contract, paperwork, and settlement.
- Opens stages through our own series: Metal Syndicate Network, Healthy Fervor, Suwon Sound Market. Both the performing and the programming are members' work.
- Produces and distributes recordings together.
- Applies under the cooperative's name to grants and programs such as preliminary social enterprise status, which individuals mostly cannot qualify for.
- Shares skills and information, as with our home recording and mixing workshop.

Commitment
Share Capital
A minimum investment of 1 share (₩10,000) is required to become a member. Your share becomes the cooperative's capital and is refunded upon withdrawal per our articles of incorporation.
Monthly Fee
A monthly membership fee of ₩10,000 is required to support cooperative operations. (Subject to adjustment by board resolution)
This is not a place to extract more than the dues you pay. It is closer to a community where members back each other when someone starts a project. That is what this cooperative does best.
